I cannot take any credit for the photography in this 1st section as that honour goes to my partner of the time while we were on one of our two amazing adventures away. I also cannot take any credit for the menu choice; but I am co-responsible for the opportunity to discover some amazing food on those amazing holidays. Those opportunities in Australia, in Singapore, in New Zealand and in Thailand, gave us the chance to both experience and to be spoilt by the most delicious dishes.

In this 2nd section, the images are all from creations out of my own kitchen... I love cooking.. been doing it since I was 6yrs old, so this is just a photographic collection of things I have done.. I have no written details of my meals or ideas, there are no cookbooks being used, these are all off the top of my head with no measurements and just my imagination doing overtime... so sit back and enjoy.
